Is the diskette drive still used?

I have to choose from 2 older computers. One still has a floppy disk drive. Shall I use it?

Answer :

You won't use it because the floppy disks are no longer for sale. I only know one person who uses only floppy disks and therefore had to make a supply for the rest of his life :). It's only a matter of time before no one else has something to lose: D
