How to clean an apartment?

Hi, I have such a problem, it is that we have a cruel mess at home, my mother and I do not clean up at all and they swear at me that I do nothing, but when she cleans up with us, it is not recognizable at all. Mom cleans weirdly, worse than me, and Dad sleeps on the couch all day. They are just weird too, but please write me how to clean the apartment :-)

The following principle applies: ORDER IS NOT ORDERED, ORDER IS MAINTAINED. Clean up in your room and don't leave anything in the common areas. When you have something in your hand, put it where it belongs. You won't have to take matters into your own hands several times. There is a beginning.
