fraps recording program

hello I have a problem when I'm shooting via fraps with my cousin (and myself) videos from games so it makes us other voices (I'll give the video at the end.) can you advise me what to do with it to make it work for me ?? normally? outside the answer, how to type at: AltGr_V = @ @ type with the right AltGr key (to the right of the space bar) and the V key
