Official letters

Hello, once the letters were written that way, the second time differently. I need to solve a few documents now and I would like them to be written correctly. I found this page http://www.vzor-dopisu.cz/uredni-dopisy/, but in some passages I'm not sure if they are correct here as well. Some sites also showed me things that I don't think are used anymore. So I want to ask someone who can do this to tell me if I can draw from this site. Thanks

You can definitely use it. There is no precise standard for writing official letters. It is important that the letter has all the important and necessary information.
