PC hra subnautica does not work

Hello A week ago I bought the game subnautica on gamesale. I installed the game according to their instructions and it worked normally, but the next day when I wanted to run it again, only a small rectangle appeared in the middle of the screen with 3 icons: minimize, maximize (you can't click on it) and close-nothing more :( I uninstalled and installed the game, but still nothing, I even uninstalled steam and nothing. I don't know what to do.
