division of a building plot or two family houses into one

Hello, I have a question about land and house construction. The point is that my friends (a couple) and I would like to buy a plot of land and build houses next to each other (a semi-detached house is also possible). We have a plot of about 1300 m2 and I would like to know whether it is possible to build two houses on this plot or not, and whether the plot can be divided into two so that everyone has their own half in the cadastre. Answer :

The plot can be divided. It is not a problem. You can tell you at the relevant building authority whether or not you can build on the relevant plots. It is always governed by the zoning plan of the municipality.
