(1) A close person is a direct relative, a sibling and a spouse or partner under another law governing a registered partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "partner"); other persons in a family or similar relationship are considered to be close to each other if the damage suffered by one of them was reasonably felt by the other as his own. Close persons are also considered to be close persons or persons living permanently together.
