mobile charging mode

please how to switch the mobile phone samsung galaxy gt 19000 from charging mode when connected to a computer. Previously, an icon appeared on the computer when connected and I was able to drag and drop photos. now charging is charging and the icon does not appear. The connection is via a USB cable.

Change the AutoPlay settings on your computer ... Unfortunately - you don't write what kind of Win you have (I assume you have Win, if you had another OS, you wouldn't be so dead and stupid by Microsoft) - so look for something like Default programs, Default in the menu application - and change the AutoPlay settings (ideally to "do no action" - then you will always be able to / have to choose what to do with your mobile phone again) ...
