Printer and scanner SL-M2070

Hello, please advise. I have a printer with a SL-M2070 scanner. The printer is working normally, but I cannot operate the scanner. In the settings I have already done manage - activate, restart and still does not scan. Can anyone advise ?: Thank you :-)
