How Does Fat Gland Removal Work?

I'm pretty scared and it would be nice to know what to expect if one of these works.

I haven’t had this kind of surgery yet, but one of my friends did, and he told me what it was like. After local anesthesia, a small incision is made, then the contents of the fat tumor are ruptured and sutured. For him approx. There were 5 of them, taking them all out in several stages. He said he even watched and it didn't hurt him. I would definitely not look ... :)
