I usually do this by looking at the device manager (Control Panel / System / Device Manager) after the reinstallation to see which drivers were not properly recognized during the installation. See this right away because a yellow triangle indicates your problem drivers. For example, if you don't recognize the sound, I'll go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download the required driver. If you have a separate sound card, you will need to download the required driver from its manufacturer's website. And this has to be done with any hardware that has a yellow triangle. If you don't understand computers at all, there are so-called driver packs that, when you start them, will automatically detect the missing drivers and install them. The advantage of this is that it is much easier to use than if you had to search for drivers separately, but you may not be installing the correct driver. If you want to solve it with a dirver pack, download the program called DriverPack Solution HERE.
