Why is it when I go to bed to read or watch TV that my cat lies on me and sleeps like that? He doesn’t really do that, but often enough for it.

I read somewhere that maybe the hormones attract me, or the smell of a man, maybe the kitten is just lonely and that’s why he’s hiding from us, but I think those are only partially true. What I’ve noticed is that my kitten is hiding from me when I’m in a bad mood. That is, when I "radiate" negative energy. I read somewhere that cats absorb negative energies and feel good about it. I think that could be the case, not just the things listed above.
