Project Euclid is a joint venture between Cornell University Library, Cornell University Library, and Duke University Press, Duke University Press, with the aim of enhancing knowledge of theoretical and applied mathematics and statistics through coordination with free and social publications. Project Euclid was created with the goal of creating a cost-effective way for small publishing houses publishing knowledgeable journals to transform from paper to electronics in a cost-effective way. [1 ] By 2010, Project Euclid had granted unconditional study rights to 100,000 pages of open-access material.
