This time the thief says that he is very poor and he needs a lot and swears that he will not come again. . ” The next day Abu Hurairah (R) waited for the thief and when he came to steal again the three grabbed him and said "This time of course , I will take you to the Messenger of Allah. You swear again and again to steal. ” When the thief saw that he would really take him to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), he would say , " Forgive me. I will tell you something by which Allaah will bless you." When Abu Huraira (R) wanted to know about that, the thief said : No. " Upon hearing this, Abu Huraira (R) let him go. The next day when the Prophet (peace be upon him) wanted to know about the culprit again, he said the night before. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) said ; " Although he is a liar, he is telling the truth." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to Abu Hurairah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) : Do you know who he is ? ” Abu Hurairah (R) said ; " No." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to Abu Huraira (ra) , " He is the Shaytaan."
