Do the Companions of the Cave survive ?

1 Answer

Answer :

From verse 9 of Surah Al-Kahf, Allah has mentioned the incident of “Ashab-e-Kahf”. It was an amazing event. The historical and geographical background of the story is huge. Whether the seven young men of the incident are still alive or dead , all these incidents are not clearly mentioned anywhere in the Qur'an and Hadith. However, their descriptions in various historical texts clearly state that the seven young men of the incident who are no longer alive are dead . Summarizing their descriptions in various historical texts, they are as follows: They were seven young men. Upon hearing of their conversion, the then king summoned them to his court. Loren asks them what is your religion ? They knew that this king was thirsty for the blood of Jesus' followers. But they make it clear, without any hesitation , that our **** is the **** of the heavens and the earth. We do not call on any other god but Him. If we do that, we will commit a great sin. At first the king became very angry and said , " Shut up , or I will kill you right now." Then he paused and said , You are still young. So I gave you three days. In the meantime, if you change your mind and return to the religion of the nation, it is better for you to be beheaded. The seven young men left the city for a three-day vacation. They take the mountain path to hide in a cave. On the way a dog walks with them. They try hard to keep the dog from following them. But he never agreed to leave them. In the end, they chose a large deep cave as a good shelter and hid in it. The dog sat down at the mouth of the cave. They all fell asleep right away because they were so tired. Hundreds of years later, they woke up. Then there was the reign of another king. The Roman Empire then converted to Nazareth, and the people of the city of Alasos also abandoned idolatry. It was a time when there was a great deal of disagreement among the inhabitants of the Roman Empire about the afterlife and the gathering and reckoning on the Day of Resurrection. Kaiser himself was concerned about how the seeds of denial in the Hereafter could be eradicated from the minds of the people. One day he prayed to Allah to show him a sign by which people could believe in the Hereafter . Incidentally, at this very moment, these young men wake up. When they wake up, they ask each other , how long have we slept ? Some say one day , some say some part of the day. Then again everyone became silent saying that Allah knows best about this. They then sent one of their associates to town to fetch food with a few coins of silver. They were afraid that if people found out our address, they would take us away and force us to worship idols. But when the man arrived in the city, he was surprised to see that everything had changed. He went to a store and bought some bread and gave it to the shopkeeper. This coin had a picture of an old emperor printed on it. The shopkeeper was surprised to see this coin. He asks , where did you get this coin ? The man says , this is my own money , I didn't bring it from anywhere else. There was a lot of fighting between the two. Crowds of people gathered. Even in the end the matter reached Nagar Kotwal. " Tell me where you got this secret treasure from , " Kotwal said . He said , what is the hidden treasure ? This is my own money. I do not know of any hidden treasure. Kotwal said , " You can't accept that." Because the coin you brought is a few hundred years old. You are just a young man , our old men have not seen this coin. Surely there is a mystery in this. The man was shocked to hear that the tyrant had died centuries ago. For a while he could not speak. Then he said softly, " It was only yesterday that I and six of my companions fled from this city and took refuge in a cave to protect themselves from the tyranny of the tyrant king." Kotwal was also surprised to hear this from the man. He leads her to a cave where, as he says, they are hiding. A large number of people also became their companions. It is true that the people of the earlier emperor's time reached there. This matter has been proved completely. The news of this incident was also sent to the then Samat. He came himself and met them. Then all of a sudden they went into the seven caves and lay down straight and they died. Seeing these clear signs, people rightly believe that there is life after death. After this incident, a house of worship was built in the cave on the orders of the emperor.
