However, because the skin of the hands and feet is not taken care of with the skin of the face, there are various differences in the color of our skin. Again, due to the intensity of the sun and one's own negligence, the black spots on the hands and feet increase several times. With daily movement, the skin of our body naturally gets scars. Due to geographical reasons, the effect of ultraviolet rays of the sun is more on our skin. So skin tone is not always right. Due to these reasons, spots are seen more on the outer part of our hands and feet. Black spots are also seen on the knuckles , ankles and nails. That's why there can be no substitute for natural care to protect the skin from sunburn. We can take simple care of our skin at home to protect our skin from sunburn. So take a look at what skin care can be done to remove black spots on hands and feet while sitting at home . Sun-wrinkled skin: The level of daytime changes in the skin of people above 25 years of age is a little higher. Some people at this age have wrinkles on their skin due to sunburn. It is very dangerous for the body of everyone at this age. So in this case, you have to use some packs on the skin of hands and feet which can normalize the sun-burned or wrinkled skin. For this, sandal powder , raw turmeric , mash kalai pulses and mug pulses should be mixed together and applied on the skin of hands and feet and washed off after 15/20 minutes. This will restore the feeling of tightness of the skin, the burnt toning of hands and feet will go away and the skin will regain its beauty as before. For dry skin: It can be used as a beneficial pack for those who have very dry skin on their hands and feet and have sunburn on their skin. For this, mix soybean powder , milk cream , raw turmeric , carrot juice together and massage it on the skin and wash it off with clean water after 10/15 minutes. This pack will work like a surprise to restore the natural beauty of dry skin. Normal-skin is velvety, with no acne and even in color For those with normal skin , here are two packs. The first is to mix raw turmeric with milk , honey and olive oil and leave it on the skin and wash it off after 10/15 minutes. And the second pack can be an easy pack made with egg yolk , one tablespoon of besan and milk. The skin should be washed and cleaned thoroughly in 10/15 minutes after using the pack. With the use of these two packs, the skin will regain its lost beauty. Oily skin: For those whose skin is very oily, they can use it by making a pack by mixing lentil paste , cucumber juice and egg white together. The pack is very effective for oily skin. So first make the pack, then massage the skin well and wash it after 10/20 minutes. Use of scrub: You can use scrub once a week to remove black spots on hands and feet. This will require one tablespoon of rice powder , flour , milk , cucumber juice and lemon juice. Mix one tablespoon of coconut or sesame oil with it. Olive oil can also be mixed. It will take more than half a teaspoon of honey. The pack should be mixed like cream and rubbed on each stain. Then wash and toning. You can use only a mixture like milk and honey cream for toning. Rinse lightly with water and apply moisturizing lotion or cream. If you want to remove the stain in a simpler way, you can mix one teaspoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of honey and rub it on the stain. However, never apply lemon juice directly on the stain. If lemon juice is not tolerated on the skin, you can use aloe vera or aloe vera. Mix one tablespoon of honey in two tablespoons of aloe vera shell and apply it on the spots but the spots will gradually decrease. For some of our skin, it is not possible to remove the pantoning of the skin at all. In that case the use of raw turmeric on the skin can be increased to eliminate the feeling of pantoning of the skin. However, if we regularly use sunburn on the outer part of the skin, the black spots on our hands and feet will be greatly reduced. Some of us use different cosmetics to increase the brightness of the skin even in the sun. However, going to the sun, these cosmetics do not bring any benefits for the skin at all, but rather make the skin more rough-dry and make the burnt black spots on the skin more radiant. With regular use of these packs, we can easily get rid of sunburned skin and black spots on our hands and feet. To protect from the sun, we can use cotton cloth , sunggnas and sun protected umbrella for daily use. Then our skin will be easily protected from sunburn. So stay away from the intense sun as much as possible.
