Bahadur Shah Zafar was the last ruler of  Mughal dynasty. Similarly, Ibrahim  Lodi was the last ruler of the  Lodi dynasty. Zahiruddin Babur, a  Mughal ruler from Central Asia, attacked India and defeated Ibrahim in the first battle of Panipat in 1526.
