My dog likes to snuggle next to me in bed, under the covers. Should I worry about his not being able to breathe?

Some dogs like to cuddle under the covers. It could be a throwback to their time in the wild when they would dig holes to sleep in. But don't worry, covers, blankets are porous and there's enough air getting to him. If he's not comfortable, he'll move to another place.
