answer:I don’t know a whole lot about this, but I would think that if that person has a lease, it’s with the landlord, not the structure. So if the landlord no longer owns the property, the lease would become void, wouldn’t it? You just wouldn’t re-new. Of course, the renter would probably have a lawsuit with the previous owner for breach of contract, but you shouldn’t be responsible. Am I way off base here?
