Last Answer : 14 years ago I used one of those mini off-brand ATMs in a local pharmacy (CVS). I requested $60 and it gave me nothing. It took about 4 weeks and many phone calls, but my bank refunded me the $60. I have no idea what they did to research this.

Last Answer : answer:i dont know.. maybe they had to put it so no one would complain just in case someone blind does go up to the machines (i dont know how) and tries to use it.. its kind of the same thing ... on things with key pads is there a bump in the middle button .. for example the 5 .. just wondering.
