Last Answer : I think almost anywhere downtown is hip for anyone. The music scene is unbeleiveable. I've never lived there but spent much time there. Actually had my first legal drink in Austin at the White Rabbit in 1977. ... we thought the bar was cool, but so dated for naming itself after an old 60's tune.
