Last Answer : I believe the device that punctures the co2 is called a starter box. I can't seem to find plans for them anywhere online. Just ask the teacher at school if you can have the one you are using there, or ... enough force & with a sharp point (like a pin/nail) at the end, to puncture the co2 cartridge.
