To remember to dim, you have to A) be aware that your high-beams are on, and B) be ... driving. What gets me is that they never even seem to wonder why you're flashing your lights at them.

Last Answer : answer:If you have paid for a Driver's Ed course, ask the instructor about the fine tuning that has you confused. You can drive when he is in the car, of course. Have you no friends or acquaintances ... my house, wash my windows, etc. If you are completely isolated, you might want to work on that.

Last Answer : answer:You probably don't hear that at least because there are very few steam engines in operation these days. Do you mean a steam locomotive ? Clearly it won't need anyone to steer because it's on tracks ... ..the brakes! and depending on what the fuel is, someone to throw wood or coal on the fire.
