Description : What fictional character(s) invented in the last 30 years, will be remembered as long as Sherlock Holmes?

Last Answer : Harry Potter.

Description : Why do some people refuse to see the evidence when it exonerates a person who they feel victimized them or someone they care for?

Last Answer : I think there are a lot of reasons. Imagine the guilt of having helped put someone innocent in jail if you helped identify the person as the culprit. It also might mean trusting DNA over their own ... means the guilty person was never caught, is still out there, and was never brought to justice.

Description : Do Amanda Knox and her (x) boyfriend go free?

Last Answer : answer:Yep, as far as I can tell, Amanda will be out. It appears from what I've read that the Italian justice system is so bad that this is normal there. It's normal to be locked away for ... . Italy felt they had to lock someone up for the crime, so they picked the people that were still alive.

Description : Any jellies in Connecticut that can inform me on what is going on with the Komisarjevsky pending trial?

Description : Question for people who do not accept evolution: Suppose someone robbed your house (see details) - How would you deal with this?

Last Answer : I trust the science. The fingerprints and DNA of a person who did not belong in the house is pretty powerful evidence. My security system would have photographed him also, which would add to the pile of evidence. BTW, I do accept evolution. Sorry, the question wasn’t directed at me.

Description : What are your views on DNA retention.

Last Answer : I don't think it's a terrible idea. If you're fingerprinted during an arrest, but later exonerated, they still have your prints on file. It seems pretty similar. As long as that information was kept ... against you by say an insurance company or an employer, I really don't have a problem with it.
