Last Answer : answer:I have known foster parents who took in kids into their own (regular, nuclear family) home and raised the kids. In my experience (knowing this family). it actually went very smoothly and ... door. My guess is that those situations are far more likely to have problems with behavior and abuse.

Last Answer : answer:I can’t say “mostly” anything, because there are good homes and bad homes. And what might be a good home for some is an awful home for others, and vice versa. All in all, a teenager like that is in much better shape than a lot of others in the system.

Description : When someone has had their children taken away 3 times, do they deserve to get them back?

Last Answer : I’d like to say I’m a believer in giving second chances, but that kind of neglect makes me want to hurl. Ne child should ever be treated like those children have been.
