Last Answer : I keep handcuffs in my tool box. It is very versatile. I have used it to hold exhaust pipe in place. I have used them as a hammer. I've used the latch side as a saw. the latch end can be ... cheap Chinese knock-offs. .Mine are old Peerless cuffs. They might be the most useful tool in my tool box.

Last Answer : Of course not. However, I see innovation routinely discouraged by an antiquated bureaucracy which rarely rewards “colorful” thinking.

Last Answer : The only thing i suggest is to sign up for the Apple Developer program (free) and download the SDK (free) for iPhones (hopefully you have a Mac running leopard, because if not it won’t work) and teach your self and play around with everything.
