Last Answer : had a somewhat similar situation happen to me about a year ago. I ordered a pair of shoes online and when the box arrived, inside along with the shoes was a high end bluetooth headset-sealed in the box ... that out-so they just said keep it. Point is, do the right thing and start with the shipper.
