Description : Why is it such a big deal that NASA discovered the likelihood of water on Mars. Is there politics involved here?

Last Answer : It’s liquid and flowing…on the surface. That’s novel but we kind of knew it. They just needed to prove it. Titan is liquid methane and Europa presumably has water below miles of ice. It’s a little different. I can’t think of any political agenda except possibly to round up some funding.

Last Answer : I think it’s about the unknown. We know what’s under the water for the most part. Yes, we are continuing to find new things in the far depths of the ocean, but we have a very good idea of what is there. There is still a lot of unknown about space and what life would be like in space.

Last Answer : I would want to go, but probably wouldn’t go. I would hope someone I knew would go so they could tell me what it is like. Then I would go. I would take someone I didn’t care for, in case it was dangerous, I wouldn’t want to put someones life in danger I loved.
