Last Answer : answer:It's not exactly a hard fast rule, it's more like guidelines, and cultural norms. In my family my parents never would have let me live with them for years after high school ... kiss, first date, get married, have children. Again, those are partly biological readiness and cultural norms.

Last Answer : I don’t think that giving people the benefit of the doubt means you are naive – it simply means you are a kind and caring person. Also, I think it is impossible to just decide to become jaded, that is a long term process people go through after (a series of) bad experiences.
