Last Answer : oh yes the newer models apparently have a lot of the more minor bugs fixed. but mine was one of the first ones to come out. So naturally it was hellish and annoying. Most times you have to take ... a private shop or microsoft retailer and get it fixed, unless you bought a warranty with it I guess.

But Microsoft can use your one small bit of info and combine it with millions of other people's small bits of info and ... needs to find out how many reported users had Problem X, followed by Problem Y or Z, etc.

My phone was going through a particularly spotty few days the last time I needed Dell support and they called me back no less than six times. Talk about service!

Last Answer : answer:Hmm, that is strange. I normally save in .doc format vs the new .docx format, so that there are no compatibility errors, and it works fine. Maybe try moving the file to a different spot and then attaching it? It seems kind of weird, but it my work.
