Last Answer : I would not trust New Orleans, yet. the city still has many houses declared unsafe and bacteria still looms in secret places. the Federal Government is again about to pour more money into New Orleans ... will not discuss the crime thats surging in New Orleans. I think you would be safer in Jamaica.

Last Answer : Sadly, not nearly enough are coming back. The last few times I went down, I saw loads of homeless people living under the I10bridge. More than ever and with children. I think New Orleanians are not coming home, but Mexicans sure are moving in. That is all you see in the hotels.
