Last Answer : I don't see any reason why it would, although stress can alter the menstrual period. Can't give you the exact pathways of the stress hormones but I can hypothesize that glucocorticoids ... stimulating hormone, gonadotropin-releasing hormone, estradiol, and/or progesterone ...handwaving ....somehow.
