Last Answer : I would think that you could as long as both tobaccos are similar in flavor and scent. You wouldn’t want a strong flavor to ruin the taste of a good Cuban cigar or vice-versa. Just be careful which tobaccos you pick and you should be okay.

Last Answer : I’d go with the 0.8125”. I have a piece of schedule 40 3/4” pipe here, and my calipers are showing even directly on the seam you’d still have clearance. 0.037” is a lot of slop.
