If they try to use that number again it is declined. I know that BofA and Citibank offer this service. I would ask your bank about it too.

Last Answer : When I was younger I was smooth-talked into swiping a necklace in the mall. Of course I got caught, and never did anything like that again. The stress and the threats from my parents were too much for a 13 year old to handle.
