Last Answer : Your brain is absorbing the new information. The best thing you can do is plan regular breaks. That will actually help you learn faster and better. Plus you should only study for certain blocks of time a day. Anything more is counter productive.

Last Answer : This also happened to me while i was studying. what I did was that I studied for about an hour or so and then took a 20 minutes break. I continued this pattern and it did help. Another useful tip would be studying in the late night-early morning hours, e.g. at around midnight. Hope this helps

Last Answer : I loathe studying while the weather is gorgeous. Part of you needs to just accept what’s ahead of you and be disciplined. Go little by little. Perhaps enjoy the day in the morning, and then study, and plan to get back outside again. Mix it up. Or take adderall and fine a dark, quiet corner.
