Last Answer : Just buy a new white t shirt. Tie it in knots, then wash it with a bright red sweatshirt, then throw it in the dryer, then untie the knots, retie some new knots, and wash it with a load of brand new, stiff blue jeans. Dry again. Pretty!

Last Answer : Why not return them for the right size? But if you want to wash them, check whether the label says the dyes are colorfast or not. If the washing instructions sound fnicky, I would wash them one at a time in cold water, then you could dry them all together for the shrinkage.

Last Answer : I'm not sure of websites for this, but a cheap way is to buy fabric paint at your local craft store, make a stencil from some computer paper place that stencil behind some screen door material ... of your stencil with a straight edge. Last Answer : It's a matter of quality of the fabric - and is often indicated by the price. I think low-cost logo'd shirts are more likely to do this. Some t-shirts are made from stretched or loosely woven/knitted ... it is to dry them flat so that you can shape them while still wet and let them dry that way.
