Last Answer : There are two documents that need to be sorted. Hopefully, they will be done in the next month. Everything should go to my significant other and not to those designated in my existing will.

Last Answer : We have a living will and a durable power of attorney. We have had conversations with all our family as to what is important to us, though nothing bubbling up to the level of having to write it all down. Once I die, I really don’t have the concern anymore.

Last Answer : I hesitate to answer this Q, because I don't want to cause you more pain. Maybe knowing you are not alone will help, but I really am not sure. I find in these situations it often doesn't. It's ... she wants to, or have you asked her about it. You could ask a lawyer if you have any legal recourse.

Description : What happens when the beneficiary of a will refuses to accept the terms of the bequest?

Last Answer : I would say it would go to the next beneficiary should one be named. If not that, held in some fiduciary fund for a time in case the original named beneficiary changes their mind and capitulates. If they ... it, but my guess is that the state will figure a way to knee hook it for the government.

Description : Wills and second marriages?

Last Answer : Between us we have four grown children (his) and three school aged children (mind). In case of death everything of mine goes to him, and everything of his to me.

Last Answer : A Notary Public can do wills. They can in Louisiana, and are much cheaper than attorneys .
