State maximum power transfer theorem for DC circuit.
Maximum power transfer theorem for DC circuit: The maximum power transfer theorem states that the source or a network transfers maximum power to load only when the load resistance is equal to the internal resistance of the source or the network. The internal resistance of the network is the Thevenin equivalent resistance of the network seen between the terminals at which the load is connected when: i) The load is removed (disconnected) ii) All internal independent sources are replaced by their internal resistances.
