Former homophobes and transphobes, what caused you to change your mind?

answer:Going to a liberal university changed everything. I grew up in a very religious household and was against LGBT for the longest time. Now here I am ten years later dating a guy, having a lot of LGBT friends, and being happy for those who come out and express their sexuality without fear of judgment.
