LINUX METHOD: 1. download the linux live cd - http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download 2. burn the linux file onto a cd 3.put the cd in the cd rom 4. when the computer starts hit F5 - select boot from cd rom 5. use the live cd to run linux without installing - copy the files you need to copy onto an external hard drive,thumb drive or upload the files online
