Answer :

You have to make way however you can so long as it doesn’t put you at risk. It’s really important that ambulance gets to the hospital. If there was a 3 foot tall concrete median between the ambulance and me that is completely impassable, then yeah I could see not pulling over. If it’s just a grass median, then yes the ambulance will absolutely jump the curb if it’s going to save a life so pull over then.
