Is the make-up wax based? If so, try a delimolene based product or just use lime juice or lemon to try to get it out. The problem at this point is that it’s been washed so that most of the offending soil is out but the stain remains. If the makeup is wax based chances are the wax (thus the color or stain) are still there. Best bet…take it to a pro.
