Answer :

Dip the stain with some rubbing alcohol, then detergent. Let it soak for awhile, then wash in warm/hot water. Or if you have some hairspray, spray the stained area with hairspray, let dry, then wash the fabric in warm soapy water. Both methods should work——I’ve had my the collars of my dress-shirts stained with lipstick before, and those methods worked well for me.
