It’s cool. -You’d be close to Berkeley, Oakland, SF, Albany, Emeryville… -There’s some great bike trails, including one that goes through Berkeley -It seems safe enough -The Hotsy Totsy, The Mallard, and The Mel-O-Dee are all in El Cerrito. -The estate sales rule in that area -There’re some nice houses/great views
