I’m assuming you want to buy a graphics card for a desktop since you can’t really upgrade a laptop (and if that’s what you were looking to do, go buy a new one). I prefer Radeon Graphics cards, but some people prefer Nvidia. I will give you a graphics card from each product line that will be great for that game, but also gives you some flexibility for future games. Radeon 4670 = a good card, my brother plays World of Warcraft on it, and gets anywhere from 40–60 Frames Per Second Nvidia 9600GT = solid card too, I have a good friend who has this one, and averages a bit higher frame rate than my brother, but cost a little bit more. I personally own the Radeon 4850, but the games I play are a bit newer than world of warcraft and require a bit more power. Radeon 4850 = about 160 dollars Radeon 4670 = about 100 dollars on like newegg Nvidia 9600 GT = probably about 125 maybe less depending on brand and rebates. Good luck, and what you may also want to consider at the same time with a graphics card upgrade on a desktop. A new power supply unit will more than likely be needed if you’re upgrading a stock name brand computer. DO NOT GO CHEAP ON A POWER SUPPLY, it’s the single most important aspect to maintaining the hardware inside your computer. The power supply I use is an OCZ Stealth, it’s very important to get a decent one so you don’t burn out your motherboard or other important pieces of hardware inside the PC through inconsistencies of power. You can find an OCZ Stealth 500Watt power supply on sale on newegg.com or microcenter.com for about 40 dollars…it’ll be worth every penny, and doesn’t make a peep if you like to leave your PC on all the time.
