This answer may help: “I have had few patients come to me with this very problem, and as any good doctor would do, I researched into this matter with great enthusiasm and I am pleased of my result. It is reccomended that you eat a lot of bread, and drink a lot, preferably milk. (Milk contains calcium, also known as ‘Ca’, which can dilate the amount of folatisodinating acid which is found in the membranes of the hair. The fine duxlations of multicellular contoxapies will endure fixation when bread (and/or liquid) is taken down the throat. The berimiters of the hair will become very granuble and break down the barriers, leaving it to dissolve. However, this process may take a while and patience is required (it may take up to 3 weeks, but it is worth it). This is not a life threatening situation. The stermidable salinatates found in mucous glands will eventually, over time, break down the hair. Resulting in a 6month wait. You could also physically remove the hair, however, some people do not like the discomfort of this procedure and I would advise using my other suggestions as above. All the best, Dr. J Khaghn”
