Use as little plastic as you possibly can. Carry a waterbottle with you everywhere. Carry a sewing kit. Learn a few tricks just to entertain children when need be. Apologize and be gracious. Give people the benefit of the doubt. Always make an effort to look nice because you don’t know when you’ll run in to an ex. Try to learn something new every day and make a point of writing it down before bed. Never, ever, ever take yourself too seriously. Call your mother.
