answer:Yes, it’s entirely possible. Breeders often (if not usually) cull a number of animals from a litter for poor quality. The lucky ones are sold as pets, with a contract that says that both parties agree to neuter the animal. The unlucky ones are merely destroyed. Poor breeding results should not be promulgated by further breeding – you don’t get ideal breed examples out of less than ideal parents.
