My Operating System on computer does not boot up.

Answer :

answer:How far does it go in safe mode? I would check that all cables to your hard drive are secure. Remove and re-attach them. This can help as at such low voltage and current a poor connection is serious. When you restart laptop, check the bios screen, (black with white writing) to see if your hard drive is detected, and listen to make sure the drive spins up. Is the drive noisier than usual, is it thrashing hard? If so or it doesn’t spin you probably have a drive problem or rarely a laptop motherboard issue. If the drive seems ok it may be a software issue. What you do next depends on what you want on the drive. If there is nothing of consequence try a reformat re-installation of your operating system. If you have files that you need and have not backed up, PM me and I will talk you through the next steps. Best of luck!
