answer:Happened to me about 12 years ago; I don’t have a formula, per se, but time heals all wounds. I don’t meditate or do yoga and I haven’t a clue about zen-related things (except what I’ve read – which means zip). But if you can find an inner peace, you’ll find an outer love.
